- A tall and powerful central defender, Zech kicked off the 2017/18 season as captain for the under-18s, but after a number of commanding performances was handed his first start at under-23 level. He’s since made 13 appearances in the Premier League 2 and proven himself to be a reliable force at the heart of the defence. The boyhood Arsenal fan, who arrived from Chelsea midway through the 2016/17 season, has even shown his quality as a full back and is capable of driving forward into the midfield.
